haha... went house-viewing.... looked at a few flats in bukit batok... total 7 flats... sad say.... only some really good.... hiaz..... mom like 1... at blk 119... haha... it's on the 11 floor[top floor too]but the unit is so.... ew... belongs to a china couple n they nvr clean 1... they becuase of the 3K upgrading fee then wanna move... the toilet is sad... the bed rm is sad.... the kitchen is sad... the only thing i like about the unit is the view and it is very spacious.... haha... it was the 2nd unit we saw... ok... let me start with lunch... ok lunch over... then went to get ready to go out... but then becuase got some1 coming over to view OUR house.... so mom canceled the viewing at blk 188... change the viewing for next week... then tt person came... ok lor... he seemed intrested but... hu noe... then went down wth dad to the taxi to go around... met with alex [our agent] then went to blk 119... view a flat on the 5th floor... not bad... the toilet passed the 'inspection' by my sis[she is VERY serious about having CLEAN n PROPER toilets]... haha... then all the rms got built-in air-con[this aspect is wat me n marcus is 'in charge' on]... and then the kitchen was not bad... quite good... but its on the 5th floor only... hiaz... so may not be windy... hiaz.... then was the 1 on the 11 floor... ok... gonna skip this 1 cuz i've said it before.... then went to a flat at blk 187... it's on the 10th floor lor... not bad... quite well kept... the house is fully equipped with air-con... haha... oso hav very big balcony.... not bad... only disadvantage is tt it is pretty far frm the mrt station... hiaz... then went to 1 opposite bukit view sec/bukit view pri/ite [bukit batok]/keming (sec or pri i dun noe)... VERY WELL DONE! but the owners knocked down a wall... n if we wanna move in... we need to spend a BOMB to built 1 up... if not no room liao.. the toilet n kitchen oso not bad... belongs to a very young couple [!]..... haha... then went to 7-11 get a gulp.... treated sis n bro... then went off lor... went to our old block... blk 107.... haha.... lived there oso for 6yrs.... haha... cuz we moved to westmere in june when i was in fuhua... so went to blk 113 to view another flat with another agent [this flat isn't under alex lor]... not bad... it was renovated just a few years ago.... not bad... but i find it very dark.... N its on only on the 3rd floor! haha.... think mom likes it... haha... n is quite near the mrt.... haha..... then left lor... went to blk 111 to meet another agent... haha... the flat is on the 11th floor... the flat is vacant.... cuz the owner is dun noe where.... haha.... ok lor.... but dun tok liao... then went down to meet ANOTHER agent... he showed us a unit on the 9 floor... not bad... i quite like the view... haha... n the kitchen n toilet oso not bad.... then went down to the playground.... miss the old days playing there... haha.... then tok about the units... dad n mom was toking about maybe getting 1 flat at blk 109... cuz my uncle lives there... n if we do... we can hav another rm for my brother... haha.... then dad went off.... we went to our old unit to look... haha... our neighbour left their tree there.... our unit hasn't changed hands... haha... then went to the market to walk.... found out that my phone costs $408! without line lah.... haha... then went to have early dinner... haha... then went hme lor... haha... mom say going to view house in jurong east tmr! yay! i dun wanna move too far! yay! at blk 106 n 109 got units for sale! yay! cross my finger n hope mom n dad falls in love with either 1 of the units!!!!!!!!!!! haha! i dun wanna move from jurong east! haha...
